Outsourcing hiring to LSM Staffing provides you the resource for employees year-round. This is helpful whether you need them for part-time, full-time, or permanent roles at your facility.

We can provide OSHA standard Hazard Communication, Workplace Bloodborne, PPE, and Lockout Tagout video training and testing both in English and Spanish if needed at our onsite video and testing room. We also provide any required safety items such as hardhats, safety glasses, safety vests, and earplugs.

Workers Comp & General Liability

Our employees are covered under worker’s compensation and general liability insurance. In the unlikely event there is a work-related injury, The only thing we need from you is a First Report of Injury or Illness, and we take it from there. Because we already have a working relationship with you and understand your needs, we are ready to find you the right replacement if needed.
