Tammy L. Cange
Tammy Cange is the founder and President of LSM Staffing, which she started in 1998. As an independently owned business, Tammy attributes the success of LSM to her ability to maintain individual relationships with clients, some of whom have been with LSM Staffing for over a decade. She is also passionate about contributing to the community and brought her entrepreneurial spirit to the non-profit world as founder and administrator of an organization that served vulnerable people in the community for ten years. She is probably best known by close family and friends as the ‘dog whisperer’ because of her long history of adopting and caring for shelter dogs.
Emily Castaneda is the Office Manager. Her background includes various positions in the manufacturing industry, including roles in supervision, human resources, and payroll. Since joining the company in 2019, she has quickly become an invaluable asset to our company with proven skills in problem-solving, multi-tasking and customer focus. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, which greatly expands LSM’s capabilities in the local labor market. In addition to a high degree of competence, Emily brings enthusiasm and compassion to her position and we expect great things from her as the company continues to grow.
Crystal Tinker is LSM’s Human Resources Manager and plays a critical role in the daily operations. Crystal is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, having served tours of duty in both Iraq and Kuwait. Her military experience instilled her with a “can-do” attitude and a keen appreciation of the importance of teamwork in both identifying and resolving issues before they become problems. Since leaving the military, Crystal obtained a bachelor’s degree in business management with a certificate in human resources. She has worked in a variety of industries, from health care to hospitality, giving her an excellent base of direct experience in many of the industries that LSM serves. Crystal is committed to providing timely and effective HR support to all of LSM’s employees, which is essential to the recruitment and retention of qualified staff.
