Permanent Staffing
When you need permanent employees, but lack adequate resources or time to handle all the administrative requirements that come with it, we can help.
LSM Staffing acts as your Human Resource Manager, including recruiting, screening, interviews, hiring, and terminations. We cover worker’s compensation and general liability and process work-related injuries. As your Payroll Administrator, we will process payroll and related taxes and track employee benefits, including vacation, PTO, holiday, and 401K. We also track and implement the Affordable Care Act according to the ACA guidelines.
