
Inside Sales Engineering
Inside Sales Engineer is the primary support resource for our customers, serving as a technical and product specialist.
Responsibilities:
• Resolve internal and external technical support requests related to product sizing, selection,
application, installation, and troubleshooting
• Process customer requests for quotation, follow-up on order status, shipment, and delivery of
order
• Resolve return requests and quality issues as needed
• Extensive interaction with customers, vendors, and sales team via phone, email, and in person
• Maintain an expert level of product knowledge and application
• Listen, understand, and convey customer requirements to other members of the sales team
• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner consistent with values and
financial objectives
• Maintain friendly, professional business relationships with customers, vendors and employees
• Capable of managing multiple tasks at once and resolve problems independently
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or other related technical field of study
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in engineering or technical customer service, preferably with applying
rotating equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
