Temp-to-hire
Job duties:
- Inspect all key areas, i.e., attics, basements, crawl spaces, walls, windows, doors, and foundations for damage, deterioration, or safety hazards.
- System testing & inspection, i.e., HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing systems.
- Comprehensive reporting
- Identify if systems violate local building codes
- Ancillary testing, i.e., mold, pest infestations.
Requirements:
- Pay attention to detail.
- Must have own transportation – will use own vehicle to travel to homes for inspections.
- Must be willing to travel to surrounding counties, i.e., Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Oak Ridge, and Alcoa. Will remain within the same area.
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a background check
Pay: $17 + mileage reimbursement
Hours: M-F: 9 – 5/5:30. No weekends.
